A site responsive dance work featuring Tasdance, pakana kanaplila, DRILL, Second Echo Ensemble, Stompin, and MADE. Set in the majestic Cataract Gorge, ILLUMINATE examines our relationship to place and complexities of living in contemporary lutruwita/Tasmania.

Co-driven by cultural leader Sinsa Mansell, Adam Wheeler and Emma Porteus in collaboration with 50 diverse Tasmanian artists. ILLUMINATE celebrates Tasdance’s 40th Anniversary through the lens of contemporary dance.
