Classes will involve a combination of Qigong with some basic Tai Chi forms (movement) for all levels.

TAI CHI — Taijiquan (Tai Chi) is a traditional Chinese martial art characterised by relaxed, circular movements that work in concert with breath regulation and the cultivation of a righteous, calm and neutral mind.

Here's how it works:

  • You can bring someone along any week of the year (1 free trial week per friend).

  • They don't have to enrol before class, but by attending they accept that they are dancing at their own risk.

  • If they sign up and purchase a pass on the spot at class, they can purchase the pass for $120 (usually $150).

What to Wear

Something comfortable and easy to move in. If you don’t have ballet shoes for ballet class, bring some socks with you.
