Former Tasdance Board Directors 2012 – 2019 - Eligible for Membership
At its 2019 Annual General Meeting Tasdance adopted a new constitution to strengthen and ensure that the Company’s governance is in keeping with contemporary standards.
The rationale for the new constitution.
The Current Members’ Membership (the Initial Members as defined by the new Constitution) lapsed at the conclusion of the 2020 AGM, at which point those eligible for Membership under the new Constitution are those who have served as Tasdance Board Directors in the seven years preceding the 2019 Annual General Meeting.
Board Directors in the seven years preceding the 2019 are eligible to apply for Membership. Written applications are to be sent care of Adam Wheeler, Artistic Director, Tasdance, 197 Wellington Street, Launceston, Tasmania, 7250. Applications must be received by 20th November 2020 and must state:
a) you want to become a Tasdance Member;
b) you support the purposes of Tasdance; and
c) you agree to comply with the Tasdance Constitution and to pay the guarantee under Clause 4, if required.
