(PRESENTERS: PLEASE SEE REVIEWS & MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS, TECH SPECS AT BOTTOM OF PAGE)
In an iconic line-up of Tasmanian creative energies, Tasdance presented new dance works by two of Australia's leading choreographers: Forty Miles - A River of Dreams by Graeme Murphy and Chrissie Parrott's work Racing Heart. Heart Matters premiered a new musical commission by Constantine Koukias (Artistic Director of IHOS Opera) and Carl Vine's Tribe's Desire, rearranged especially for this project and performed live by the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra.
Graeme Murphy explored nature's ability to stir the soul and free the poetic forces locked within our hearts. Chrissie Parrott's work dweltin the realm of relationships, mapping the physical responses to the ever-changing stages of love. (Photo: Jen Brown)
